Loïc Prigent has made an unprecedented documentary* – entitled HER DIOR – Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Collaborations with Women Artists – highlighting the Creative Director’s commitment to promoting art and letting it unfold through female plurality.

An essential story told by the women who have collaborated with Maria Grazia Chiuri on her various shows for the House since she arrived in 2016.

Season after season, painters, visual artists, photographers, performers, choreographers and writers have accompanied and magnified her collections with their visions, their values and their messages.

In turn, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Tomaso Binga, Robin Morgan, Penny Slinger, Judy Chicago, Fulvia Carnevale, Silvia Giambrone, Sharon Eyal, Eva Jospin, Anna Paparatti, Mariella Bettineschi, Mickalene Thomas, Joana Vasconcelos, Elina Chauvet, Isabella Ducrot, Suzanne Santoro, SAGG Napoli, Brigitte Niedermair, Brigitte Lacombe and Karishma Swali tell of the sincere and powerful ties woven with the Creative Director, unforgettable moments that can continue, be extended and renewed through captivating collective projects.

In the company of curators and historians with whom she works and regularly exchanges, as well as Rachele Regini, her daughter – Maria Grazia Chiuri retraces, from her beloved native city Rome, this fabulous odyssey punctuated by discoveries and reinterpretations, showcasing the creative strength of women.
