Dior presents The Lady Dior conceived by Penny Slinger for 30 Montaigne's Anniversary

To celebrate the third anniversary of 30 Montaigne’s reinvention, Dior has invited Penny Slinger to revisit the Lady Dior bag, an eternal icon.

This captivating new alliance echoes the creative dialogue forged between Maria Grazia Chiuri and the British artist for the Dior haute couture autumn-winter 2019 show.

For the latter, Penny Slinger had dreamed up, alongside the Creative Director, the final silhouette of the défilé, transforming the townhouse on avenue Montaigne, Dior’s historic address, into a unique creation with the allure of a golden doll’s house.

Pursuing this concept, she has designed a Lady Dior in unprecedented proportions evoking the architecture of this iconic façade, in a silver version leather. An exceptional piece and a powerful homage to the ties uniting couture and art in all its forms, at the convergence of Dior’s fascinating heritage and audacious spirit.
